How to Use:

2. Place a cotton strip around the client’s hairline.
3. Saturate each rod thoroughly with Wave Lock Conditioning Neutralizer.
4. Cover the hair with a plastic cap.
5. Process for 3–5 minutes.
6. Do not use a hair dryer.
7. Rinse rods thoroughly with tepid water and towel blot.
8. Remove rods and rinse hair again.
9. Apply Design Essentials Milk & Honey 6-N-1 Reconstructive Conditioner.
10. Process at room temperature for approximately 10 minutes.
11. Rinse thoroughly.
12. Finish with your preferred Design Essentials moisturizing and finishing products.
