Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE: ALL HAIR SALES ARE FINAL

Paynes Beauty Supply Plus gladly accepts eligible returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following terms:

Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized by Paynes Beauty Supply Plus before being shipped back. To request authorization, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Unauthorized returns, or items that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy, will not be refunded and may be disposed of.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund or exchange, merchandise must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging and containers
  • Accompanied by all documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and included materials

Items that have been used, opened, altered, damaged, or returned without their original packaging are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Restocking Fee and Shipping Charges

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error made by Paynes Beauty Supply Plus. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return results from our error.

Electrical Appliances

Electrical appliances must remain unopened and unused. If an appliance has been opened or used, or if the factory seal or tie on the electrical cord has been removed or untied, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Health and Hygiene Products

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

  • Hair extensions, hairpieces, and wigs
  • Hairbrushes and similar personal-care tools
  • Nail polish
  • Makeup and cosmetics
  • Any product that has touched the hair, skin, or scalp

All hair sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.

Paynes Beauty Supply Plus is not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies displayed on PaynesBeautySupplyPlus.com. We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information when necessary.
